Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy explains refunds and cancellation for Learndle memberships.
Refund eligibility
If you have paid for a membership billing period that has not yet started, you may request a full refund for that period before it begins. This applies to an initial paid period and to a renewal period. Once the relevant paid period has started, Learndle does not offer a refund under this policy, subject to the rights and exceptions below.
The start of a paid billing period, not whether you have used the membership, determines eligibility under this policy. If payment and the paid period begin at the same time, there may be no opportunity to request a refund before the period starts.
Consumer rights and Paddle
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable law, including any applicable right of withdrawal or refund. Paddle, our authorized reseller for purchases made through Paddle, may also provide additional rights or discretionary refunds under its refund policy. Those rights apply where applicable even if the paid period has started.
How to request a refund
For a purchase made through Paddle, request a refund using the support link in your receipt or by visiting Paddle.net and selecting "Request refund." You can also contact us at learndlesup@gmail.com for help. Include your account email, transaction details, and the reason for your request; do not send payment card information.
Free trials and cancellation
A free trial is not a paid billing period. If your trial requires a payment method, cancel before the trial ends to avoid the subsequent subscription charge. Check the terms presented at checkout for your trial and billing details.
To cancel a Paddle subscription, use the "Manage subscription" link in your transaction confirmation email, or request cancellation through Paddle.net. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the applicable billing period and prevents future renewal charges. Cancellation does not by itself constitute a refund request; submit a separate request if you are seeking a refund.
